About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Product Manager (PM) to join our dynamic product team at Lendable, one of Europe’s only profitable unicorns. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving automation in our Operations department, focusing on AI chat bots and agents to automate customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the identification, scoping, and implementation of new AI journeys on email/chat
→Analyse customer call flows to identify high-impact deflection opportunities
→Evaluate potential unintended consequences of deflection strategies
→Leverage data to monitor and report on AI Agent performance
→Manually review customer conversations to diagnose failure points
→Write, test, and iterate on high-performing prompts for our chatbot
→Partner with PMs across products to ensure critical self-serve features are prioritized
→Run structured experiments and A/B tests to evaluate changes
→Ensure all development activities adhere to regulatory guidelines

Requirements

✓2+ years of work experience in an analytical role within Tech, Finance, or similar
✓Strong analytical skills with data exploration and experiment design
✓Experience improving operational processes or efficiency-focused initiatives
✓Excellent written communication skills for crafting AI prompts
✓Strong cross-functional project management skills
✓Clear verbal communication and negotiation skills
✓Familiarity with support automation platforms like Intercom/Fin
