About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Complaints Operations Manager to join Lendable, a leading fintech company focused on helping people get credit and save money. This role involves strategic leadership and team development within the complaints department, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set the strategic direction and objectives for the team, ensuring quality across all service lines
- →Identify and develop future leaders through coaching and support
- →Oversee a high-performance team with a focus on productivity and efficiency
- →Build and manage strategic partnerships across the business
- →Continually review and optimize complaints processes
- →Lead root cause and remediation activities to identify systemic failures
- →Interpret performance data to highlight areas for change and cost efficiencies
- →Leverage technology, machine learning, and AI to automate tasks and enhance resolution speed
- →Act as the primary relationship holder with the Financial Ombudsman Service
- →Ensure adherence to FCA regulations and procedures
- →Proactively identify and control conduct risk
- →Take responsibility for complaints data accuracy and reporting
Requirements
