About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Product to join Lexroom.ai, a legal AI platform adopted by thousands of legal professionals across Europe. This role involves defining and executing the product roadmap to set the benchmark for legal AI, balancing innovation with the reliability required by the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define, own, and execute Lexroom’s product roadmap to set the benchmark for legal AI.
- →Build, lead, and mentor a team of product managers, software engineers, designers, and legal experts.
- →Lead deep product discovery with legal professionals and enterprise customers to identify core pain points.
- →Design and implement scalable product discovery and delivery processes.
- →Set clear product KPIs and success metrics with a data-driven approach.
- →Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and marketing to align the product roadmap with go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in Product or Engineering Leadership, with a proven track record of managing unified organizations.
- ✓Proven ability to manage diverse teams, specifically bridging the gap between technical developers and non-technical legal experts.
- ✓Interest in Generative AI and LLMs, with a passion for building professional-grade tools where accuracy and trust are primary features.
- ✓Strong leadership and communication skills combined with humility and a collaborative mindset.
- ✓Data-driven leadership in optimizing processes, prioritizing roadmaps, and refining AI training.
- ✓Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- ✓Native Italian speaker; Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
