About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Lexroom.ai, a company revolutionizing the way legal professionals work with AI. This role involves shaping the product lifecycle and collaborating with various teams to deliver impactful features.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.
- →Turn insights from users, data, and internal stakeholders into a clear, actionable product roadmap.
- →Write clear product specs, define user stories, and manage the backlog.
- →Collaborate daily with engineering and design to ship simple, high-impact features.
- →Work cross-teams with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth launches and feedback loops.
- →Track product metrics, run experiments, and use data to inform decisions.
Requirements
- ✓2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in early-stage startups.
- ✓Proven track record of delivering high-quality B2B features in fast-paced environments.
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; confident working with product metrics.
- ✓Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
- ✓Self-starter attitude: You take ownership and don’t wait for permission.
- ✓Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Linear, June, or other product analytics tools.
