About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and implementing internal projects in Luckenwalde as well as cross-site projects. This position focuses on initiatives such as change management and process optimization to achieve our strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead, coordinate and implement multiple internal projects in Luckenwalde and cross-site
- βDevelop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets considering overall objectives
- βSupport change management to enable smooth transitions with minimal disruptions
- βFoster collaboration between production, supply chain, quality, research and development, finance, and other stakeholders
- βProactively identify risks and issues, implement measures for risk mitigation, and escalate when needed
- βTrack progress against defined milestones, report on status, achievements, and corrective actions to leadership
- βPromote continuous improvements by capturing lessons learned and applying best-practice approaches
