About the Role
The Programme Manager plays a critical role in delivering multiple concurrent expansion and productivity improvement initiatives at our Ballina site. This hands-on position works closely with senior leaders to provide structure, governance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- βEnable and support multiple strategic programmes across site expansion, process improvement, and capacity growth
- βLead, mentor, and develop project managers and team members within PM&OE
- βCreate programme plans, budgets, risk registers, and identify project interdependencies
- βEstablish and maintain governance frameworks and ensure stakeholder engagement
- βStep in to resolve roadblocks, guide change, and ensure projects progress efficiently
- βCollaborate with PM&OE colleagues to develop guidelines, frameworks, and reporting systems
Requirements
- βExperience in programme management within a manufacturing environment
- βStrong understanding of Operational Excellence and Lean principles
- βAbility to influence without authority and operate in ambiguity
- βExperience leading complex programmes with multiple stakeholders
- βStrategic thinking combined with practical, on-the-ground delivery skills
