About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our EMEA monetize team at Liftoff. This role focuses on helping game publishers and developers increase their revenue from advertising.

Key Responsibilities

→Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business.
→Develop strong relationships with key accounts in Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA).
→Evangelize new products to benefit revenue growth.
→Foster new partnerships that represent potential growth outside our portfolio.
→Work closely with internal teams to structure deals that maximize revenue.
→Share learnings to positively impact the business.
→Synthesize customer feedback to inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

✓3+ years of relevant sales or customer success experience, managing a quota or quarterly revenue target.
✓Experience in the tech industry—mobile, gaming, ad tech, e-commerce or consulting.
✓Experience with closing new partnerships / focusing on new business.
✓Ability to travel up to 25% for in-person client meetings.
✓An entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
✓Comfortable in cross-team project management & problem solving.
✓A relationship builder with the ability to make connections with anyone.
✓Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
✓Strong understanding of data analysis and visualisation.
✓Effective communicator.
✓Russian speaking skills desirable
✓Fluency in English required
