About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Implementation Project Manager to join Light, a company that replaces traditional ERPs with modern financial software. This hands-on role involves owning the end-to-end onboarding of enterprise customers onto the Light platform, working closely with implementation teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and own detailed project plans across implementation workstreams
- →Define milestones, owners, and dependencies from kickoff through go-live
- →Run weekly project governance calls with client and internal teams
- →Coordinate across Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
- →Document implementation processes and contribute to a scalable delivery playbook
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in project or programme management, owning end-to-end delivery of complex software implementations
- ✓Formal PM credentials or equivalent practical experience
- ✓Experience working on or alongside finance, fintech, or ERP implementation projects
- ✓Hands-on experience with ERP migration projects (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday)
- ✓Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior client-side engagement
- ✓Highly organized with a track record of delivering on time in fast-moving environments
