About the Role
We are looking for a CRM/HRM Integration Engineer to join Light, a company that replaces factory-era ERPs with modern financial software. This role will own all CRM/HRM integration work, building connectors and maintaining existing ones to ensure seamless data flow between Light and customer systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain integrations with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and HRM systems (BambooHR, Personio, Deel, Workday)
- →Own the integration patterns and shared libraries for CRM/HRM connectors
- →Work directly with customers during onboarding to configure and troubleshoot their integrations
- →Document APIs and integration approaches to scale team knowledge
- →Triage and resolve integration-related production issues
- →Partner with Product to prioritize which connectors to build next based on customer demand
Requirements
- ✓Strong backend engineering (Kotlin preferred, Java/JVM acceptable)
- ✓Experience building and maintaining third-party API integrations
- ✓Comfortable with OAuth flows, webhooks, rate limiting, and real-world APIs
- ✓PostgreSQL knowledge
- ✓Familiarity with at least one major CRM or HRM platform's API
- ✓Pragmatic approach to ensure reliable integrations
- ✓Practical experience using AI or emerging technology tools to improve productivity
