About the Role

We are looking for a Bilingual Account Manager to join our Golf team at Lightspeed in North America. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of golf course customers and helping them maximize the value of the Lightspeed platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Proactively reach out to customers to drive product usage and add-ons
→Ensure successful software utilization by defining success criteria with customers
→Provide escalation support for large customer issues
→Perform projects to improve customer experience and increase CSAT
→Identify reference accounts and perform regular portfolio reporting
→Stay updated on Lightspeed products, processes, and add-ons
→Serve as the voice of the customer by flagging product requests
→Participate in team and regional initiatives
→Provide best practices regarding POS and management
→Keep up to date with industry best practices
→Conduct pre-sale scope calls to determine requirements
→Contribute to organizational objectives

Requirements

✓Experience managing an extended sales cycle

✓Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
