About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our retail sales team in North America. You will be responsible for managing a book of retail customers, retaining them, and upselling additional modules to ensure timely subscription renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the lead point of contact for customers
- →Demonstrate software solutions, from core POS products to modules and upgrades
- →Build trusted advisor relationships and identify upsell opportunities
- →Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize business growth
- →Guide customers through upgrade paths to more advanced platforms
- →Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to prevent churn
- →Track key book of business metrics
Requirements
- ✓Experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- ✓Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment
- ✓Ability to use Salesforce.com and other technologies to manage pipeline
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Professional poise and confidence while communicating with executives
- ✓Strong work ethic and self-driven desire to succeed
