About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Growth Manager to join our dynamic EMEA partnership team at Lightspeed. This role focuses on driving growth through existing commercial and strategic partnerships within the EMEA market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Actively engage with existing referral partners to bring in new customers to Lightspeed
- →Research and analyze the enterprise app market to determine new apps, pricing, and competitive marketplaces
- →Develop, manage, and maintain the pipeline to deliver the assigned territories market strategy
- →Achieve channel sales quotas in assigned geographical regions
- →Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline reporting and forecasts from channel partners
- →Ensure high-quality two-way communication between channel partners and Lightspeed
- →Lead one-on-one screen-sharing presentations as required
- →Manage and develop the onboarding of new partners, including training and go-to-market strategy
- →Bring in new referral partnerships through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of partnerships/B2B experience (Software sales experience preferred)
- ✓Amazing negotiating skills with a focus on customer, partner, and market needs
- ✓Great understanding of the Partnership landscape, especially within EMEA
- ✓Experience to train, motivate, and foster relationships with potential partners
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
