About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in driving new business, supporting strategic accounts, and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide Account Executive Support by scoping technical solutions for customer requirements and collaborating with the sales team
- →Manage Strategic Accounts to prevent churn and ensure satisfaction
- →Set up and represent the company at trade shows
- →Maintain deep knowledge of competitors’ products and strategies
- →Serve as the top expert on our hardware, software, integrations, and APIs
- →Conduct Partnership demos to facilitate new partner contracts
- →Be the technical point of contact for RFPs and RFIs
- →Ensure the upkeep of demo stations for in-office and online demonstrations
- →Collaborate with implementation and professional services teams for smooth handover and successful deployment
- →Maintain close relationships with regional sales leaders
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated sales and presentation experience
- ✓Previous experience with Cloud SaaS ecosystem technologies in hospitality
- ✓Tech-savviness and comfort with new technologies
- ✓Strong knowledge of the Retail industry
- ✓Fluency in English as a working language
- ✓Fluent communication skills in both English and French
- ✓Excellent communication skills with experience speaking to technical and business audiences
- ✓Team player with strong relationship-building skills
- ✓Basic understanding of API is a bonus
