About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join the GTM Vendor Solutions team at LinkedIn. This role involves leading sales vendor programs at scale and partnering with global cross-functional leaders to establish scalable vendor programs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as lead to ensure vendor programs are set up properly and program success is measured consistently
- →Serve as a sales subject matter expert for vendor teams
- →Provide program stakeholders with regular updates on performance and collect feedback
- →Serve as a consultant to identify opportunities to help teams focus and scale using our vendor network
- →Manage the Vendor Solutions operating model through forecasting, planning, deploying, and training teams
- →Lead cross-functional development of new contracts and updates to existing contracts
- →Manage knowledge transfers and process optimization with vendor partners
- →Effectively manage day-to-day operations in collaboration with vendor partners
- →Design reporting standards for operational metrics, service level requirements, and process KPIs
- →Provide quality checks and address issues through corrective action plans
- →Demonstrate leadership and produce results that help the team scale effectively
