About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Talent Solutions team at LinkedIn. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through outbound campaigns and pipeline creation.

Key Responsibilities

→Qualify and develop outbound sales leads
→Run campaigns to generate new sales prospects
→Accurately track communication with current and potential customers in CRM
→Partner with Account Executives to design industry-specific outbound efforts
→Define the best strategy to approach new leads
→Schedule demonstrations between Account Executives and potential customers
→Use social selling techniques to identify sales leads and prospect into them
→Effectively manage calls with decision makers to identify pain points that LinkedIn's Talent and Learning solutions can address
→Align with Account Executives to drive pipeline and growth opportunities

Requirements

✓Experience in outbound sales or lead generation
✓Strong understanding of CRM tools
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓Ability to identify and qualify potential customers
✓Knowledge of LinkedIn's Talent Solutions products
✓Experience in social selling techniques
