About the Role
We are looking for an Infrastructure Recruiting Manager to join LinkedIn. This role focuses on leading hiring across core infrastructure domains including AI platform, cloud, data, security, and reliability engineering. The position involves working closely with Infrastructure Hiring Managers and leaders to translate technical roadmaps into clear, executable hiring plans.
Key Responsibilities
- →Advise business leaders and cross-functional partners using data and insights to influence strategic decision making
- →Lead development of talent strategies by leveraging market data, trends, and insights
- →Monitor and track team’s progress against core delivery metrics to meet hiring demand goals
- →Analyze patterns in funnel metrics and calibrate with senior leadership
- →Oversee and prioritize suggested opportunities where processes could be improved
- →Evaluate and lead adoption of artificial intelligence solutions to optimize team workflows
- →Drive adoption of Customer Zero practices across their function
- →Manage projects or initiatives across the functional strategy
Requirements
- ✓Experience in talent strategy and stakeholder management
- ✓Strong understanding of infrastructure domains including AI platform, cloud, data, security, and reliability engineering
- ✓Ability to translate technical roadmaps into clear, executable hiring plans
- ✓Experience with artificial intelligence solutions and data-driven decision-making
