About the Role
We are looking for a Motion Designer to join LiveFlow, a next-generation accounting and finance platform. As the first dedicated motion designer, you'll own how our products move, creating micro-interactions, transitions, and animations that make complex financial workflows feel simple and intuitive.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design UI animations, micro-interactions, and transitions across our products
- →Create loading states, onboarding flows, and moments of delight that elevate the product experience
- →Build our motion design system, defining principles for timing, easing, and movement
- →Collaborate with product designers and engineers, implementing animations in production
- →Bridge the gap between design and engineering, working with tools like Lottie, Rive, and Framer Motion
Requirements
- ✓3-5+ years of professional experience in motion design with meaningful product/UI animation work
- ✓Strong portfolio showing shipped product animations
- ✓Proficiency with Figma and prototyping motion within design workflows
- ✓Comfort working in code, including CSS animations, Framer Motion, Lottie, or Rive
- ✓Deep understanding of animation principles and how they translate to product interfaces
- ✓Self-directed and comfortable owning a discipline independently while collaborating closely with design and engineering
