About the Role
Loadsmart is seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative to join our growing Digital Sales team. This role will support our Dock & Yard SaaS Division by engaging with warehouse and distribution companies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Research and prioritize target warehouse and distribution companies and their key decision-makers
- →Engage senior executives through high-volume outbound (phone, email, social)
- →Book qualified intro meetings for Account Executives
- →Confidently communicate the value of Loadsmart’s digital solutions
- →Develop SaaS sales skills with a clear path to a closing role
- →Contribute to a high-performance, winning sales culture
- →Help craft creative, compelling outbound messaging for ideal customers
Requirements
- ✓0–1+ years of sales or lead generation experience with a track record of hitting goals
- ✓Strong communication, customer engagement, and organizational skills
- ✓High energy self-starter with a growth mindset and ownership over learning and success
