Lightspeed is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our global team, supporting our international business. In this role, youβll analyse and optimise operational data to deliver timely, accurate insights that drive better decision-making, while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on insights, improve processes, and strengthen revenue operations. What youβll be doing:
β’ Extract, analyse, and interpret data from CRM systems, marketing platforms, and other sources to identify trends and KPIs, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
β’ Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
β’ Track and analyze key sales metrics and funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve conversion and overall performance.
β’ Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts using historical data, pipeline health, and market trends.
β’ Explore and apply AI-driven tools and automation to improve efficiency and scale revenue operations processes.
β’ Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on insights, improve processes, and drive operational effectiveness.
β’ Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.
What you need to bring:
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
β’ Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into data and reporting requirements.
β’ Prior experience using Looker or similar BI tools to build scalable dashboards and reports.
β’ Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and narratives.
β’ Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, including data structures, reporting, and data integrity.
β’ Experience supporting revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and planning processes.
β’ Ability to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and scalability.
β’ Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across teams such as IT, IS, GTM Ops, Sales, and Marketing.
