⭐ About the role
At Lodgify, we are hiring a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team fully remote from any location in Latin America or the Caribbean!
We’re seeking a tech-savvy professional to become an expert in the Lodgify software. In this role, you’ll use that expertise to provide technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction through exceptional service. You will assist our customers in connecting Lodgify with the main reservation platforms integrated with Lodgify (i.e. Airbnb). And in cases of connection issues, we expect you to take the initiative in finding the root cause and solve it whenever possible, by investigating the problem while assisting the customers!
⭐ How will you make an impact?:
• Provide expert guidance and advice to customers on OTA connection types and their features.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to platform integrations and connectivity.
• Take ownership of cases, guiding customers through the process to ensure resolution.
• Respond to requests via email, phone, chat, and screen-sharing sessions, ensuring timely and effective support.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, consultative communication.
• Collect, report, and escalate customer feedback to relevant teams, ensuring follow-up and continuous product improvement.
⭐ What makes you a great fit:
• Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in a technical support or service environment.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting processes and handling customer inquiries independently.
• Proven experience in assisting customers and conducting live product walkthroughs (calls, screen shares).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, processes, and product updates.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first mindset.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on experience with Zendesk and Slack (or similar support and communication tools).
