About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on prequalifying leads and driving sales efforts through various communication channels in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage and qualify leads generated by marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email
- →Clearly communicate company value and benefits, adapting approach to each customer's needs
- →Manage high volume of inbound chats and calls to uncover customer needs
- →Drive high activity targets of 100 calls per day
- →Connect with inbound leads in real time through live web chat and inbound calls
- →Pass qualified leads to Sales team and support closing deals
- →Manage all interactions in HubSpot CRM with accurate logging
- →Contribute to projects improving sales operations and processes
- →Exchange strategies and feedback with Sales team to enhance results
Requirements
- ✓At least 1 year in customer-facing role within same company
- ✓English fluency required plus strong fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, or German
- ✓Outstanding interpersonal skills and confident phone presence
- ✓Genuine enthusiasm for web-based solutions and technology
- ✓Eagerness to learn and adapt in fast-paced digital environment
- ✓Previous startup experience is beneficial
- ✓Familiarity with HubSpot, Gmail, and Google tools is advantageous
