About the Role
We are seeking an HR AI Integration Specialist to bridge HR processes with AI technologies. This hybrid role will analyze HR systems and processes to identify automation opportunities while ensuring alignment with enterprise AI standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze HR processes (job catalog, performance, employee lifecycle) to identify automation and AI support opportunities
- →Improve data consistency and structure in core HR systems to enable reliable AI usage
- →Configure and prototype HR AI use cases using Copilot Studio and existing enterprise platforms
- →Support the design of AI-enabled Tier-0/1 HR support including chatbots and guided workflows
- →Integrate HR workflows across Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Teams
- →Act as the interface between HR, AI/Architecture, and IT teams
- →Ensure HR AI initiatives follow enterprise AI standards, ethics, and governance
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of business processes, ideally HR processes
- ✓Ability to translate functional requirements into technical configurations
- ✓Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms
- ✓Experience with Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI tools
- ✓Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform)
- ✓Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow
- ✓Comfortable working with data, workflows, and system integration
- ✓Curious, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented mindset
- ✓Strong collaboration skills across HR, IT, and AI teams
