About the Role
We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join Lovable and own the growth of our partner ecosystem. This role involves developing scalable programs that drive adoption, distribution, and revenue, and will be central to Lovable's expansion into new markets and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full partnership lifecycle, from sourcing to closing and growing partnerships
- →Build and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships across various verticals
- →Design and scale partnership programs that create measurable impact
- →Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to drive user adoption
- →Represent Lovable externally at the executive level
- →Track and report on partnership performance against key metrics
Requirements
- ✓8+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances within B2B technology
- ✓Proven track record owning the full partnership lifecycle
- ✓Comfortable navigating complex technical requirements and workflows
- ✓High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Preferred: Experience in AI or developer tooling
