About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join Luminovo and help scale our OEM sales motion across the DACH region. This role involves selling complex supply chain software to technical buyers, requiring deep discovery, consultative selling, and the ability to prove measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

→Build strategic, consultative partnerships with mid-market and enterprise customers
→Master the OEM sales motion and progressively take on larger deals
→Mentor junior AEs as the team scales
→Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, and inbound lead qualification
→Deliver product demonstrations tailored to each customer's pain points
→Collaborate with domain experts to run workshops that demonstrate ROI
→Guide prospects through complex buyer journeys and map stakeholders
→Develop deep knowledge of electronics supply chains and feed insights back to product teams
→Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal velocity
→Mentor junior AEs through shadowing and deal reviews

Requirements

✓Experience in technical SaaS sales with longer cycles and multi-stakeholder decisions
✓Ability to build strategic partnerships and navigate complex stakeholder environments
✓Strong understanding of electronics supply chains
✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
✓Ability to quantify potential value and demonstrate ROI
✓Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement
✓Ability to hit quarterly targets and own metrics
✓Willingness to travel occasionally for team retreats and industry events
