About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team in Europe, focusing on the German-speaking market. This role involves strategic consulting to customers and selling B2B software that impacts the electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities

→Build a strong network in the electronics industry in the DACH market
→Generate interest through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreaches
→Run customer-centric discovery meetings to uncover customer pain points
→Run inspiring product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
→Hold workshops and product deep dives with domain experts
→Guide prospects through the buyer journey and close deals
→Provide insights on the industry and build expertise in B2B SaaS
→Track metrics proactively and mentor junior colleagues

Requirements

✓Experience in SaaS sales or B2B software sales
✓Strong understanding of the electronics industry
✓Fluency in French and English
✓Ability to navigate the DACH market and connect with electronics manufacturers and designers
✓Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
✓Strong negotiation and closing skills
✓Ability to build expertise in B2B SaaS and technical industries
