About the Role
We are looking for a Product Engineer to join our team at Lunar, a stealth technology company building a new type of software platform for health systems. This role focuses on tackling some of the hardest technical problems in healthcare and rebuilding the software infrastructure of modern hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement a modern cloud-native platform with Elixir at its core
- →Develop a better access control system for clinical data with fine-grained permissions
- →Design infrastructure that can handle rolling deployments, failover, and real-time data sync
- →Architect a next-generation integration engine to connect various medical equipment
- →Rethink and rewire hospital workflows to create fast, intuitive experiences
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 10 years of professional software engineering experience
- ✓Proficiency with object-oriented and functional programming
- ✓Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- ✓Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of tackling challenging engineering problems
- ✓Familiarity with open-source technology and a desire to explore new solutions
- ✓Experience building from scratch with a strong product sense
- ✓Excellent communication skills
