About the Role
Lyra Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support Analytics for Lyra International. This role will play a key part in the company's growth and change, serving as a model for expected behaviors and attitudes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Interact with Business Analysts and Systems Architects to understand data sources
- →Gather and understand requirements from the business
- →Write code for reports and dashboards using SQL queries
- →Develop reports, cubes, and dynamic/static dashboards using Microsoft reporting tools
- →Perform unit testing and debug issues
- →Import and merge data sets for analysis
- →Understand data structures, inputs, relationships, and tables
- →Check and maintain data integrity
- →Conduct data mining activities for trend analysis
- →Suggest improvements for future reporting versions
- →Run standard monthly customer and business reports
Requirements
- ✓Tertiary degree or diploma in relevant fields (Social Sciences, Data Analytics, Health Sciences, etc.)
- ✓Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, calculations)
- ✓Strong report writing skills with Microsoft SSRS and Power BI
- ✓Minimum 3 years' experience in data transformation and reporting
- ✓Knowledge of data systems, structures, and models
- ✓Solid experience with T-SQL
- ✓Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing
- ✓Experience with SSIS, SSRS, PowerBI, and Tableau
- ✓Ability to develop SSAS cubes in SQL server
- ✓Excellent SQL query skills
