About the Role
Lyra Health is looking for a Customer Success Manager who is energized by engaging with customers, building relationships and delivering results. This role will focus on supporting Strategic segment employer customers and ensuring their satisfaction with Lyra's mental health solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary relationship owner for Strategic segment employer customers (10,000-30,000 lives)
- →Partner with marketing to develop and deliver engaging campaigns and workshops
- →Produce and regularly communicate customer reports
- →Collaborate internally with product, clinical, data science, legal, and other teams to resolve customer requests
- →Contribute to product roadmap planning and champion new product offerings
- →Ensure customers feel supported and delighted after every interaction
Requirements
- ✓8+ years experience in implementation and/or customer success, ideally in HR/Benefits/Healthcare
- ✓Experience managing relationships with customers with at least 10,000 employees
- ✓Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
- ✓Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- ✓Ability to innovate and solve problems in a collaborative manner
- ✓Strong project management skills and ability to work on cross-functional teams
- ✓Ability to prioritize and balance multiple customers
- ✓Willingness to travel (10%)
