Sia Title: Project Consultant (Exempt Contractor)
Duration: 9-month contract (through 12/31/2026) 
Location: For contract roles, we are open to fully remote candidates within US; must be comfortable with some flex hours for key meetings.  We are also open to considering contract-to-hire candidates; however, they must be based in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, or New York City.
Project Hours: 40 hours per week
The expected compensation for this contract is $142,800 to $187,200 per year. The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Technical Program Manager to lead execution of large-scale, high-impact marketing programs for a leading technology client. This role supports the in-app team and is responsible for driving campaign launches across chat and status surfaces. 
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Engineering, and Data Science, owning end-to-end campaign execution with a strong emphasis on operational rigor and technical excellence. You will ensure campaigns are launched efficiently, with accurate tracking, telemetry, and performance measurement frameworks in place. 
The ideal consultant is a highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented program manager who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and can translate marketing goals into seamless technical execution and flawlessly communicate with stakeholders along the way.  
Program Management  
β’ Own end-to-end execution of technical marketing campaigns, from intake and planning through launch, QA, and performance analysis; includes experiment setup and tracking  
β’ Translate campaign objectives into detailed technical implementation plans, aligning stakeholders on requirements, dependencies, and execution approach 
β’ Build and maintain detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, and dependencies to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery 
β’ Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Product, and Marketing Data Science (MDS) teams to drive execution alignment and launch readiness 
β’ Drive cross-functional alignment by proactively surfacing risks, resolving blockers, and enabling timely decision-making across stakeholders Campaign Setup & Technical Execution 
β’ Own campaigns end-to-end including hands-on configuration within internal tools (targeting, pacing, surface selection, asset uploads, etc.) 
β’ Drive campaigns through approval workflows and coordinate launches with Engineering and MDS 
β’ Ensure accurate implementation and validation of campaign tracking, telemetry, and measurement systems prior to launch 
β’ Document campaign configurations, technical specs, and testing plans  
β’ Identify and drive tooling enhancements and process improvements to increase speed to market and reduce operational friction Quality Assurance & Optimization 
β’ Conduct QA to validate campaign setup, targeting accuracy, and delivery performance  
β’ Monitor live campaigns and partner with the MDS team to deploy optimization strategies  
β’ Own bug intake and triage during testing and launch, working closely with Engineering to drive timely resolution Reporting & Continuous Improvement 
β’ Leverage status / campaign adoption metrics, survey data, and performance analysis to evaluate campaign impact 
β’ Develop performance summaries and internal updates that highlight key insights, outcomes, and actionable recommendations 
β’ Contribute to best practices, documentation, and process improvements across campaign operations
