About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Lyrebird Health, a health-tech company transforming healthcare by automating clinicians' tasks. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruitment role focused on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a talent scout, proactively headhunting and building pipelines for niche, highly skilled candidates
- →Own the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, headhunting, applications, and offers
- →Manage and optimize the ATS to ensure candidates move through the funnel efficiently
- →Partner with leadership on hiring priorities, budgets, and workforce planning
- →Deliver best-in-class candidate experience with respect, honesty, and transparency
- →Produce clear reporting and insights to keep leadership aligned
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency, in-house, or both)
- ✓Proven success in headhunting and sourcing hard-to-find talent
- ✓High urgency in responding to candidates within 12 hours
- ✓High standards for quality, detail, and process excellence
- ✓Comfort working in a high-growth, high-ownership startup environment
- ✓Thrives on momentum and shaping a company’s growth story
- ✓Previous experience in a hyper-growth startup preferred
