About the Role
Mach Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help scale their engineering and manufacturing teams. This role will be pivotal in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical talent across various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with engineering and leadership teams to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- →Source, screen, and manage candidates across multiple channels including LinkedIn, technical forums, and industry events
- →Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- →Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill technical roles
- →Implement scalable recruiting processes and tools to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience
- →Serve as a strategic advisor on talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and candidate engagement best practices
- →Represent Mach Industries as a brand ambassador at recruiting events, conferences, and university partnerships
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in technical recruiting, business operations, or sales, ideally within deep tech or hard tech verticals OR Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in recruiting, business operations, or sales
- ✓Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical candidates in competitive markets
- ✓Strong understanding of engineering roles and organizational structures
- ✓Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment
- ✓Obsession with building excellent teams
