Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Madhappy

About the Role

We are looking to hire a full-time Marketing Operations Manager for Madhappy, a clothing brand for a community of optimists. In this role, you will serve as the central operational lead across all marketing initiatives, bringing clarity, structure, and accountability to how campaigns, collaborations, and launches come to life across channels.

Key Responsibilities

• →Lead and manage the Community Manager and In-House Photo Team
• →Establish best-in-class operational standards for planning, execution, and cross-functional communication
• →Own end-to-end marketing timelines for all major campaigns, collection releases, and collaborations
• →Lead the GTM process across all channels, partnering closely with channel owners
• →Manage asset approvals with internal creative leadership and external collaborators
• →Partner with the broader marketing team and producer to manage the day-to-day macro budget
• →Own the operational framework for all influencer seeding initiatives
• →Lead the operational planning and execution framework for all marketing events, retail activations, and brand moments
• →Own and evolve marketing calendars, workflows, and tools to support scale and clarity
