About the Role
The Field Marketing Manager, Korea & Emerging Markets is responsible for our field marketing initiatives in both Korea and the Emerging Markets (EM), which include CLV (Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam) and the Philippines. In this role, the Marketing Manager, will help develop and implement the marketing strategy, plan, and budget, deploying the right mix of marketing programs to reach, educate, nurture, and convert our target audiences driving high quality leads and opportunities. What You’ll Do
• Develop and implement the marketing plan for Korea and the EM, executing locally to achieve marketing KPIs and support sales & growth objectives.
• Own the demand generation engine: plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns focused on converting prospects into qualified pipeline
• Execute marketing activities, with a strong focus on communication and lead generation, leveraging the channel & alliances in the go-to-market strategy to scale broadly.
• Build and execute plans to support all Korea and EM’s marketing, focusing on both prospects and to/through channel partners (distributors, resellers, cloud providers and alliances).
• Build and nurture relationships with the Korea and EM sales team, to communicate and gain alignment on marketing plans while ensuring proper lead follow up to achieve targets.
• Manage the end-to-end lead process, constantly looking at ways to improve the intake and conversion of the lead funnel.
• Align with and secure buy-in from multiple stakeholders, including executives, sales, corporate and regional marketing teams.
• Frequently analyze data to uncover trends and insights that will influence business decisions.
What You’ll Bring
• A proven B2B marketing leader, delivering meaningful results through others, driving focus on achieving collective results through collaboration, teamwork, communication, change/conflict management, problem solving and objective setting.
• Demonstrated success in campaign planning and management (create plans, manage budgets, schedules, allocate resources, etc.) and teaming cross-functionally
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities, including executive‑level alignment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing cross‑functional and cross‑country teams.
• Documented success in managing and prioritizing multiple, concurrent tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment with unending enthusiasm to get the job done.
• Understanding and proven experience working with the Channel ecosystem, including resellers, distributors, alliance and hyperscalers – to recruit, enable and drive demand for the Korean and EM business
• Extensive experience across all aspects of marketing including events, media & PR, digital marketing, outbound marketing, marketing strategy, content, and creative development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and proficiency in interpreting marketing and pipeline data to drive decisions.
• Self-starter, leads and facilitates management of details needed to accomplish tasks, simultaneous management of several programs and initiatives.
• Experience working in B2B/tech marketing in an international team and well-versed in marketing best practices.
• Excellent writer and speaker, with a strong command of English.
• Highly proficient with MS Office tools, Salesforce.com, Marketing Automation.
