About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager focused on district partnerships to join our team at MagicSchool. This role involves owning product experiences that help MagicSchool serve school districts as we onboard and support schools and sites. You will build features that address district-level needs such as administration, configuration, governance, adoption, observation, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prioritize enterprise and district-facing features that enable successful district-wide adoption
- →Partner closely with engineering to design and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions
- →Collaborate with Sales, CX, and Partnerships to ensure strong expansion and engagement with Enterprise features
- →Define and monitor success metrics related to district adoption, usage, and outcomes
- →Navigate complex tradeoffs across district stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high-impact product experiences
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex products
- ✓Strong ability to partner with engineering to translate district needs into scalable solutions
- ✓Track record of evaluating ambiguous problems and delivering high-impact product outcomes
- ✓Experience prioritizing and executing in fast-paced, startup environments
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Bias toward action and ownership
- ✓Proven ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions
