About the Role
Mandolin is building the clinical and financial infrastructure to accelerate groundbreaking treatments, powered by AI agents. As a Technical Recruiter, you'll be on the front lines of building our team, partnering with leadership to identify needs and ensuring we hire exceptional technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles (engineering, product, design, etc.)
- →Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
- →Build and manage a high-quality candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking
- →Run a smooth, thoughtful candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance
- →Serve as an ambassador of Mandolin’s mission and culture, crafting compelling outreach
- →Experiment and refine recruiting approaches as the company scales
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in an early-stage startup
- ✓Proven track record of hiring senior technical talent (Staff/Principal Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers)
- ✓Strong sourcing skills, including outbound strategies and building diverse pipelines
- ✓Ability to manage and close multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers
- ✓Highly organized, process-oriented, and data-driven in how you run searches
- ✓Comfort wearing multiple hats—helping with G&A or go-to-market recruiting as needs arise
