About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the Device Software Team at Markforged, a company revolutionizing manufacturing through advanced 3D printing technology. This role involves developing and maintaining embedded Typescript + Node.js applications that power our industrial 3D printers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop new printer features, materials, and workflows for customers
- →Improve the user experience of our printer software
- →Work hands-on with printers in our lab to test code and run experiments
- →Maintain internal tooling and tests to ensure high-quality standards
Requirements
- ✓2-5 years of professional experience building and shipping high-quality code
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- ✓Knowledge of full-stack web development concepts and best practices
- ✓Experience with Typescript and Node.js
- ✓Interest in robotics, embedded Linux, and physical hardware
- ✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
