Position Overview:
Weβre looking for a Sales Operations Lead to own and optimize our revenue engine. This role sits at the center of Sales, Finance, and GTM leadershipβdriving pipeline integrity, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity. Youβll be responsible for the systems, processes, and insights that power predictable revenue.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape how a scaling AI company runs revenue.
What Youβll Do:
Revenue Process & Pipeline Management
- Own pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, and deal progression mechanics
- Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements across the funnel
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure consistent pipeline inspection rigor
Forecasting & Revenue Cadence
- Own weekly forecast calls and reporting cadence
- Build and maintain accurate forecasting models (pipeline, commit, upside)
- Analyze forecast variance and continuously improve predictability
Deal Desk & Pricing Support
- Support complex deal structuring, approvals, and pricing strategy
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to streamline deal cycles
- Ensure compliance with discounting and approval frameworks
Reporting & Analytics
- Build dashboards and reporting across pipeline, conversion, and productivity
- Deliver actionable insights on rep performance and GTM efficiency
- Support board-level and exec reporting
Compensation Design & Administration
- Own sales compensation plan administration and payout accuracy
- Partner on comp plan design aligned to company goals
- Model incentives and evaluate impact on behavior and performance
Who You Are:
- 3β6 years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or similar analytical role (startup experience preferred)
- Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales funnels, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (SQL or BI tools a plus)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
