About the Role
We are seeking skilled IT Support Specialists to provide technical support for a key client. The ideal candidates will have strong IT support knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely manner
- →Install and configure software and hardware
- →Provide remote technical assistance to users
- →Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
- →Maintain IT inventory and asset management
- →Adhere to security best practices and policies
- →Proactively escalate complex incidents to appropriate competence centers
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of IT support principles and practices
- ✓At least 2 years of experience in similar role (4+ years for Seniors)
- ✓Experience with remote support tools
- ✓Experience with ticketing systems
- ✓Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
- ✓Knowledge of network troubleshooting and basic network configuration
- ✓Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- ✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ✓Polish and English language - advanced
