About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to join our high-growth healthcare technology startup. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the revenue organization to provide actionable insights into performance across the entire customer lifecycle, helping to optimize efficiency and influence Medely's expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect, develop, and produce key metrics and reporting to evaluate and optimize revenue team performance
- →Conduct deep-dive quantitative analyses to identify growth opportunities and root causes
- →Build complex financial and operational models in Excel and Google Sheets for scenario planning
- →Leverage tools like Clay and AI workflows to automate lead enrichment and outbound operations
- →Perform deep-dive audits of workflow, commission calculations, and funnel conversion
- →Develop a strong understanding of the business to identify core focus areas and build trust with partners
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years in revenue operations, investment banking, business analytics, or similar environment
- ✓Expert-level spreadsheet skills with complex formulas and nested logic
- ✓Deep understanding of CRM objects and Salesforce reporting
- ✓Experience validating commissions, auditing workflows, and ensuring reporting accuracy
- ✓Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
- ✓Proven ability to communicate insights to stakeholders
- ✓Background in Finance, Economics, or Business Analytics preferred
