Youβre a proactive, detail-oriented individual who quickly learns our teamβs workflows, tools, and ways of working. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking full ownership of tasks, keeping comms sharp and clear, and making sure every project moves from idea to live.
WHAT YOUβLL DO
- Plan and schedule all commercial content (press releases, partner content, YouTube and banner campaigns) and manage related ClickUp calendars and tasks
- Review and quality-check all incoming content to ensure it meets guidelines, coordinating with SEO, Editorial, TCM, and Design as needed
- Manage end-to-end sales/project flow for new clients (especially SEO landing pages) in ClickUp, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met or updated
- Act as a central communication point for clients and internal teams before, during, and after projects, handling questions, feedback, and approvals
- Handle payments and invoicing for partner content and press releases, including checking received payments and sending reminders
- Maintain organized project documentation and support basic reporting and process improvements to reduce bottlenecks and delays
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Proven experience in project coordination, account coordination, sales operations, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail when reviewing content (links, affiliate rules, images, authors, basic editorial/SEO guidelines)
- Confident using project management tools (preferably ClickUp, or similar tools like Asana, Trello, Jira)
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple internal teams (SEO, Editorial, Technical Affiliate, Design, YouTube, Sales)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing/SEO and online content; familiarity with tools like Google Ad Manager is a plus

GROSS SALARY
2000 - 2900 EUR/month. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
