About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to deliver exceptional onboarding and software training experiences to new MedTrainer clients. This is an entry-level, client-facing role focused on guiding clients through their first experience with our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver engaging virtual software training sessions tailored to different user roles
- →Adapt your delivery style based on audience needs (clinical staff, administrators, leadership)
- →Build and maintain training resources and quick-reference guides
- →Own onboarding timelines from kickoff to go-live
- →Track milestones and proactively resolve blockers
- →Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams
- →Conduct regular check-ins to ensure progress
- →Provide thorough transition documentation for Client Success handoff
- →Monitor early-stage platform usage
- →Identify and address adoption gaps
- →Share client feedback internally to improve processes and product experience
