Sales Operations Analyst, 6-month contract
Location: Hybrid in NYC (3 day in-office requirement) OR Remote in Denver, CO
Qualifications:
β’ Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a similar analytical role
β’ Some hands-on experience using analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL queries and Google Sheets/Excel to analyse and interpret data
β’ Good working knowledge of Salesforce, with exposure to complimentary tools such as Gong and Clari
β’ Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business (strong advantage)
β’ Proven track record of maintaining data integrity across complex systems
β’ Experience supporting process improvement, documentation or change initiatives

β’ Operational excellence - Implement, support and continuously improve the tools, processes and technologies that sit at the heart of the sales workflow.
β’ Reporting & analysis - Build and maintain regular reports and dashboards, providing clear, basicβtoβintermediate analysis on key performance metrics to support commercial decisionβmaking.
β’ CRM ownership - Act as a key point of contact for Salesforce administration, ensuring data accuracy, responding to inbound queries and supporting bestβpractice usage across the Sales teams.
β’ Strategic support - Support the Sales Operations Lead with forecasting, territory management, partner segmentation and other priority initiatives.
β’ Continuous improvement - Identify opportunities to drive efficiency through data, document feedback from the Sales team, and help turn insights into practical process improvements.
β’ Collaboration - Work closely with the regional Field Sales Ops team and the Global Sales Operations function to align regional activity with broader global initiatives.
β’ Project support - Assist with project delivery by preparing materials, gathering data, maintaining documentation and supporting change management activities.
About the team:
As a Sales Operations Analyst, Youβll be embedded in the US GTM team, building trusted relationships while supporting the systems, tools and processes that enable sales teams to perform at their best. Clear, practical documentation will be a core part of how you create impact β helping reduce friction, remove ambiguity and make it easier for teams to do the right thing. Youβll work closely with colleagues across the US Sales Ops team and the wider Global Sales Operations function, as well as Revenue Enablement and Data & Insights teams, all united behind our mission to win the US.
