About the Role
We are looking for a Community Program Manager to join our team at Mendix, in partnership with Siemens. This role focuses on shaping, growing, and elevating our global ecosystem, with a special focus on the Siemens Industrial Operations X community.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and scale community programs that drive engagement, learning, and growth across the Mendix and Siemens ecosystems.
- →Be the quality gatekeeper for all community-facing materials, ensuring consistency with Siemens’ brand and tone.
- →Connect with users, partners, and customers to understand their needs and challenges.
- →Translate community feedback into recommendations for product and UX improvements.
- →Lead communication of product updates and new features.
- →Shape the Mendix Forum experience by collecting requirements and prioritizing improvements.
- →Create high-impact communication materials that reflect our brand’s quality.
- →Collaborate with product, marketing, and regional teams to align community programs with Siemens’ global strategy.
- →Measure and optimize community data to improve engagement programs.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in community, program, or project management, ideally in Tech or SaaS.
- ✓A connector by nature, with a talent for building relationships.
- ✓Keen eye for detail and design, ensuring communication materials look and feel right.
- ✓Ability to listen deeply and think critically to turn user feedback into action.
- ✓Organized and proactive, with a talent for turning ideas into structured programs.
- ✓Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- ✓Understanding of developer communities and how people interact with digital products.
- ✓Experience in cross-functional collaboration and aligning multiple teams around shared goals.

- ✓Experience running community or partner programs.
- ✓Familiarity with the Mendix Platform, Software in Factory automation, or AI in Industry.
- ✓Background in working with product teams or forum/community platforms.
- ✓PowerPoint and copywriting skills that make complex information look effortless.
- ✓Creative in concept and editing of shorter videos.
- ✓Experience in structured online/offline event management.
