About the Role
We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our growing Americas Marketing organization at Mendix, a leading low-code application development platform. This role focuses on driving marketing efforts for the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector in the Americas, working closely with the sales team to generate pipeline and grow revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own marketing efforts in the Americas for BFSI including brand awareness, demand gen and pipeline progression
- →Proactively drive marketing programs and an integrated marketing approach from planning to execution
- →Understand sales needs, ensure alignment with marketing objectives, and define programs
- →Drive Account-Based Marketing for top target accounts in collaboration with sales
- →Own end-to-end marketing plan for the BFSI business in the Americas
- →Ensure flawless execution of prospect and customer facing events
- →Provide leadership and support to the Americas field organization
- →Communicate regularly with sales leadership, field sales, partners, and BDRs
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand gen, or account-based marketing roles
- ✓Experience marketing to banking, financial services, or insurance
- ✓Experience marketing AI, data platform, cloud, or emerging technology solutions is a strong plus
- ✓Excellent communicator with a proven track record of partnering with sales management
- ✓Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- ✓Experience developing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans
- ✓Experience running account-based marketing with named accounts
- ✓Willingness to travel when required and ability to work independently
