About the Role
We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to serve as the first line of defense in providing exceptional support to our customers. This role involves resolving customer inquiries, documenting interactions, and ensuring client issues are efficiently addressed.
Key Responsibilities
- →Accept and resolve customer communication and inquiries
- →Address client issues and ensure efficient resolution
- →Respond to incoming client communications and document interactions in case management systems
- →Facilitate escalations when necessary and keep clients informed about ongoing issue resolutions
- →Directly resolve client inquiries using established methods
- →Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and follow through with clients until completion
- →Assist in the development of support delivery strategy, processes, and training
- →Provide information about products and services, answer questions, and resolve problems
- →Complete tasks supporting the implementation of procedures
- →Ensure inquiries are followed up on and provided with a resolution
Requirements
- ✓Prior education or career experience
- ✓Ability to apply job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete tasks with little supervision
- ✓Proficiency in the subject area and ability to perform routine tasks
- ✓Ability to determine a course of action based on guidelines and modify processes as needed
- ✓Exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions
- ✓Build productive internal and external relationships to resolve mutual problems through collaboration
- ✓Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
- ✓Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate on procedures or transactions
