About the Role： We are looking for a Strategic Operations Manager to take charge of our platform's pricing system, growth strategy, and revenue structure optimization. Your work will directly impact the company's growth efficiency, subscription structure, and long-term commercial capabilities. You will serve as the core link connecting "User Value," "Product Capabilities," and "Revenue Model." What You’ll Do: 1. Pricing Strategy - Subscription Pricing System Design: Design clear tier structures and payment stratifications based on user behavior, value curves, regional characteristics, and industry competitors. Continuously optimize price points, feature/entitlement combinations, and regional pricing. - Pricing Experiments & Strategy Validation: Design and execute pricing-related A/B tests to validate the impact of different price points and discount mechanisms on core metrics. Continuously iterate on pricing strategies using modeling and market analysis. - Revenue Data Analysis & Growth Identification: Identify structural growth opportunities through in-depth analysis of subscription structures, regional contributions, payment funnels, and retention curves. Deliver commercial strategies and drive their implementation. 2. Growth Strategy - Core Funnel Optimization: Continuously optimize the critical path from initial use to value realization based on user behavior data, improving overall usage efficiency and conversion potential. - Product Growth Initiatives Design: Design product and operational actions centered around high-frequency and high-value scenarios to drive behavioral conversion, continuously iterating through data validation. - Cross-Functional Growth Execution: Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to translate growth strategies into actionable feature iterations and in-product growth mechanisms. 3. Product Value Architecture - Value Path Clarification: Define the critical paths from user needs to value realization for different user segments, driving the continuous enhancement of product capabilities around core value propositions. - Feature Value Packaging: Translate the value of key features into highly perceivable and easily understandable use cases and entitlement messaging, deepening the user's perception of product value. - Usage Efficiency Improvement: Enhance the efficiency with which users achieve their goals through workflow optimization and scenario integration, strengthening the overall product value experience. What We're Looking For: 1. 3+ years of experience in strategic operations, growth operations, or commercial analysis, with hands-on project experience in pricing systems, subscription models, or revenue optimization. 2. Strong familiarity with growth funnels, core metric systems, and A/B testing methodologies for SaaS or subscription-based businesses. Ability to drive strategy iteration based on data insights. 3. Proven experience in building and optimizing pricing structures, product entitlement combinations, regional pricing, or discount mechanisms. 4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies, and the leadership to drive cross-functional execution across Product, R&D, and Business teams.
