About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Meter, a company revolutionizing computer networking by vertically integrating hardware, firmware, operating systems, and operations. This role focuses on building scalable infrastructure for data centers, ensuring our systems meet high standards for feature, reliability, performance, and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work in Go and Python to ensure backwards compatibility and feature versioning across evolving schemas
- →Build scalable pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and serving petabytes of data across Kafka, Postgres, and Clickhouse
- →Create CI/CD workflows that evolve the API in lockstep with changes to the underlying data schema
- →Enable fine-grained querying of historical and real-time data for any network
- →Help define and enforce the principle of "smart data, dumb functions"
- →Collaborate with modelers to co-design training and evaluation pipelines
- →Own performance across key endpoints to meet real-time serving constraints
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience with Go and Python
- ✓Experience with Kafka, Postgres, and Clickhouse
- ✓Knowledge of CI/CD workflows and API development
- ✓Understanding of data schema evolution and versioning
- ✓Ability to work with large-scale data processing systems
- ✓Experience with performance optimization and real-time systems
