About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in the MET Baar Office. This role involves providing comprehensive IT support, managing hardware inventory, and coordinating with external infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide assistance, installation, and troubleshooting for office applications and trading floor platforms
→Administer users in on-premises and cloud directory services
→Set up devices and install standard services on laptops, desktops, and mobile phones
→Interact with the central Helpdesk team and document all issues within the ticketing tool
→Build expertise on local applications, processes, and special requirements
→Maintain hardware inventory in the MET Baar Office
→Order and replace new, end-of-life, or broken devices
→Control and maintain IT devices in the office
→Coordinate with vendors for warranty issues and e-waste handling
→Coordinate with the external infrastructure team on IT infrastructure issues
→Handle documentation and testing of new requests
→Be the focal point for office infrastructure projects and changes
→Ensure meeting room devices are in a healthy state
→Assist users with workplace setup and device moves
→Help users and guests with Wi-Fi, printers, and conference room devices
→Create and maintain training material for basic IT activities
→Support joiner, mover, and leaver employees with IT administrative needs

Requirements

✓Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
✓Experience with IT infrastructure, network, server, and connectivity issues
✓Ability to manage hardware inventory and handle e-waste
✓Experience with ticketing tools and vendor coordination
✓Strong communication and problem-solving skills
