About the Role
Metropolis is seeking a strategic and dynamic Assistant Account Executive to join their fast-growing team. This role will support a regional territory, driving net-new business and expanding Metropolis’s presence in the AI and computer vision technology space.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and develop net-new business opportunities through multiple lead generation channels
- →Execute a consultative sales approach to qualify inbound and outbound leads
- →Lead client discovery sessions, product demos, and formal sales presentations
- →Partner with Account Executives and senior leadership to manage client portfolios
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams on underwriting and financial modeling
- →Maintain meticulous activity tracking and clean pipeline hygiene within Salesforce/CRM
- →Monitor and manage sales performance metrics and pipeline development
- →Develop and implement account strategies and outreach initiatives
- →Master buyer personas, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- →Coordinate with internal departments and participate in team meetings
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of professional experience in a SDR/BDR role or client-facing roles
- ✓Experience selling into asset managers, ownership groups, or real estate partners
- ✓Demonstrated ability to create new relationships and leverage existing ones
- ✓Creative approach to communicating value propositions
- ✓Data-literate with experience in pipeline management and forecasting
- ✓Proficient in sales tools and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce
- ✓Proven track record of success in a structured, competitive environment
- ✓Ability to drive consistent sales with a metrics-driven mindset
- ✓Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Willingness to travel regionally to support clients and prospecting
