You will serve as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst in support of a mature and effective agile scrum team, helping to deliver new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for a suite of federal government agency's web applications. What you’ll do: • You will manage and run all scrum ceremonies for your team. • You will write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in support of development work. • You will track work, remove team blockers, and notify management stakeholders of risks and impediments. What you’ll need to succeed: • 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst • Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts. • Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts. • Translates detailed design into computer software. • Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product. • Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. • Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Provides technical direction to programmers to ensures program deadlines are met. • Possesses experience in IS design, including application programming on large-scale Database Management System (DBMS) and the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives. • Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability. SALARY RANGE: $101,000 - $124,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
