You will serve as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst in support of a mature and effective agile scrum team, helping to deliver new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for a suite of federal government agency's web applications.

What youβll do:
β’ You will manage and run all scrum ceremonies for your team.
β’ You will write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in support of development work.
β’ You will track work, remove team blockers, and notify management stakeholders of risks and impediments.
What youβll need to succeed:
β’ 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
β’ Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.
β’ Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts.
β’ Translates detailed design into computer software.
β’ Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product.
β’ Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
β’ Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Provides technical direction to programmers to ensures program deadlines are met.
β’ Possesses experience in IS design, including application programming on large-scale Database Management System (DBMS) and the development of complex software to satisfy design objectives.
β’ Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability.
SALARY RANGE: $101,000 - $124,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
β’ The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
β’ The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
β’ Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
β’ This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
β’ Performance-based bonuses
β’ Company-paid training and/or certifications
β’ Referral bonuses
